EatKind combines Traditional Chinese Medicine dietary principles with AI-powered tongue analysis to generate personalized 4-week meal plans. The Application uses your onboarding answers, tongue analysis result, and food preferences to recommend recipes, ingredients, cooking steps, suitable meal times, wellness tags, and shopping-list items.
The Application does not currently require an account and does not provide Apple, Google, email, or phone-number login. The Application may process information that you provide or generate while using it, including:
The Application does not currently collect weight, height, precise disease diagnoses, medical records, precise location, or approximate location.
EatKind uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded tongue photos and return a Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution type. Tongue photos are health-related images and are processed as follows:
Most Application data is stored locally on your device, including favorites, completed dishes, shopping-list items, tongue-analysis history, and your current meal plan. The current MVP does not provide account login or cross-device account sync.
EatKind provides wellness and dietary suggestions based on Traditional Chinese Medicine concepts. The Application is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions related to medical conditions, treatment, or major diet changes.
The Application does not currently use advertising SDKs, third-party tracking, analytics, crash reporting, or push notifications. Data may be processed by third-party services only where needed to operate core Application features:
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. You may also choose not to provide certain onboarding answers or not to upload a tongue photo, although some personalized features may not work without this information.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store account settings.
Local data remains on your device until you delete it in the Application where available or uninstall the Application. This may include shopping-list items, favorites, completed dishes, cooking history, meal plans, and tongue-analysis history.
App Store subscription and purchase records are managed by Apple. EatKind uses StoreKit purchase-status information only to provide, verify, and restore paid access.

The Application is not directed to children under 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
