This privacy policy applies to the LookScore app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Service Provider as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• Photos and Images: Photos you upload for outfit analysis and fashion scoring
• Fashion Preferences: Your style preferences, clothing categories, and fashion choices
• Usage Analytics: How you interact with AI-powered styling features and recommendations

The Application collects your device's location, which helps the Service Provider determine your approximate geographical location for the following purposes:

• Geolocation Services: Providing personalized content, recommendations, and location-based fashion suggestions.
• Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated location data helps analyze user behavior and improve the Application.
• Third-Party Services: Transmitting anonymized location data to external services to optimize offerings.

The Service Provider may also use your information to contact you with important information, required notices, and marketing promotions.

AI Processing and Photo Data

LookScore uses artificial intelligence to analyze your uploaded photos and provide fashion scoring and styling recommendations. Regarding photo processing:

• Local Processing: Photo analysis is performed using on-device machine learning when possible to protect your privacy.
• Cloud Processing: Some advanced AI features may require sending image data to secure cloud services for analysis.
• Data Security: All photo uploads are encrypted during transmission and processing.
• Retention: Photos are not permanently stored and are deleted after analysis is complete, unless you explicitly save them to your virtual closet.

Virtual Closet and User Data

LookScore allows you to create a virtual closet with your clothing items:

• Clothing Database: Information about your saved clothing items, categories, and styling preferences.
• Fashion Insights: AI-generated insights about your style patterns and recommendations.
• Subscription Data: Information related to your subscription status and premium features usage.

Third Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to improve the Application. The Service Provider may disclose data in the following cases:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
• When disclosure is necessary to protect rights, ensure safety, investigate fraud, or respond to government requests.
• To trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider and adhere to this privacy statement.
• AI Service Providers: Anonymous image data may be processed by third-party AI services to improve fashion analysis capabilities.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. Use the standard uninstall process available on your mobile device or application marketplace.

You can also manage specific data collection preferences within the Application settings, including:

• Photo upload and analysis permissions
• Location services
• Marketing communications

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you wish to delete User Provided Data, contact:

Upon account deletion, your virtual closet data, fashion preferences, and any saved photos will be permanently removed from our systems.

Children

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. Given the nature of fashion and styling content, the Application is intended for users aged 13 and above.
